Wholesale access is reserved for approved partners.
Access codes are provided via email and terms are determined individually based on partnership scale and sales volume.

Maldire reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale access requests at its discretion.

Orders can be placed directly through the website using your assigned wholesale code at checkout.

Minimum Order

Minimum order requirements:

• €1000 minimum order value

• 20 pieces minimum

There is no minimum per size.
Partners are free to structure size quantities according to their needs.

Availability & Releases

All products currently visible on the website are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Upcoming releases and eventual restocks are communicated through our wholesale newsletter.

Certain releases are produced in strictly limited quantities and may not be reproduced once sold out.

Inventory is updated regularly, though availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been completed.

If you are interested in styles, colorways, or custom developments not currently available online, this may be possible upon request and requires direct discussion with the studio.

Shipping

As export documentation must be arranged individually for each shipment, dispatch may require approximately one week depending on destination and order structure.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing and export clearance procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and already include EAD export documentation where required.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local handling fees remain the responsibility of the receiver.

VAT

EU wholesale clients must provide a valid VAT identification number prior to invoicing.

German VAT will be applied where legally required.

Packaging

Orders are shipped with full Maldire packaging by default.

If reduced or no packaging is preferred, please notify us before shipment.

Payment

Payments can be completed directly through the website checkout.

Returns

Wholesale orders are considered final sale unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

Brand Assets

Approved partners may use Maldire imagery and product photographs for the promotion of the brand.

Image modifications, third-party advertising usage, or external campaign placements may require prior approval.
